43 Properties is a well established, family owned and operated property management business that manages single-family and multi-family properties around the St. Louis metro area. 43 Properties is locally managed and has its office located in Wood River, IL. We provide safe, clean and affordable living for all of our residents. We have full time property managers and maintenance staff and each staff member has been vetted and approved by management.
